Sometimes (but not all the time) the best way to handle a dissenter is to just ignore them.

I was surprised to see that one of the pull requests I put in on Github yesterday (for adding Twitter’s 280 character support to someone’s app) was actually merged!

One of my kids teachers send emails signed J. Garcia. Every time I get an email from him all I can think of is “what a long strange trip it’s been”.

Woman coughs into her hand then uses that hand to open a door by the handle that everyone must use to enter the floor. I’m not touching that handle so I guess I’ll just wait for someone else to open the door.

Incidentally that last tweet was my first of exactly 280 characters. Coincidence?

I submitted pull requests to two separate Twitter related projects updating them to add support for tweets between the old 140 character limit and the new 280 character limit. Each project hasn’t been updated in a couple of years. Any bets on if my pull requests will be approved?
