When designing software one must consider usability and how users may get confused by certain UI elements. I’ve had this conversation twice this week. The first time this point was understood in minutes. The second time took hours and still wasn’t undertood.
Ever made a simple suggestion (such as ‘just add a link on that page’) and received replies as if you had asked for a complete redesign of the app and gotten so frustrated you told them to forget the whole thing? Me neither.
My daughter’s been into vinyl records lately. She’s made several trips to a local used records store. Her latest score is Squeeze Singles 45’s and Under. A great record.

This Facebook down time has reminded me how much I’ve been neglecting Twitter. Not that I’m on Facebook too much but I at least go on to clear my notifications occassionally.
It looks like traffic in my Twitter feed is up today. I wonder why.
