Turns out the port speed on my Netgear router was set to 10M. Flipped it to Auto and now I’m geeting my 16 down.

Comcast guy was here to see why I only get 8 meg down when pay for 16. Turns out my router is halving my bandwidth. Damn you Netgear. Arghh!
