@bananza @svdodge I lost 9 pounds last summer just by riding my stationary bike for 20 minutes a day (~4.1 miles on average). Keep it up!

I am happy to see a modest bump in Apple’s stock price in anticipation of their iPhone 3.0 presser. I hope that trend continues afterward.
