Ten miles on the stationary bike this morning was my longest ride ever! Trying to get a good start on this years goal.

@JerseySchorr I had an ENT tell me this once. He added that if you must blow your nose you should also do a sinus rinse twice a day.

I’m really impressed that I was able to instruct my Dad over the phone how to turn on the wireless radio on his laptop which I’ve never seen

It’s been a great day! Got my new Wireless N router & set it up. Then set up my parents router and both their laptops from 1088 miles away!
