@sprintcare If I could I wouldv’e done it already. Their system will not allow me to buy it without upgrading service on the non-data phone.

@sprintcare 1iPhone 5s, 1 iPhone 4s, 1 dumb phone w/no data. All on same plan. Wanted to upgrade 4s to 5s.

@sprintcare They said they couldn’t do it unless I upgraded another phone in my plan that doesn’t have data to a data plan.

@sprintcare They said they couldn’t do it so I cancelled the upgrade. I’m upset. I’m missing a good price for no good reason.

@BestBuySupport Sprint is ok with upgrading my phone without affecting others on my plan. Your system wouldn’t slow it.
