According to Chris Dodd individual entities (people, companies, etc.) blacking out their websites for 1 day is an abuse of power. Irony.

@bananza Funnier is how Jimmy Wales blacked out his non profit Wikipedia (sort of) but not his for profit wikia.com. In it for pblicity.

@bananza You can also go to en.m.wikipedia.org in your web browser. There are other ways too.

@bananza There are easy ways to circumvent the blackout on the regular web too. Easiest is to hit ESC before the blackout page comes up.
