One of the problems with working for a large company is that nobody seems to know who to contact for certain things. Such as voicemail help.

Helmet to helmet contact is inevitable when a player is playing the game correctly.
How can the NFL suspend players for helmet to helmet contact when the point of the game is to tackle the guy with the ball?
